Remove the worn layer
Prepare the surface and body for rebuilding the working layers.
Anilox refurbishment can restore the working surface of a worn cylinder or sleeve when the base remains suitable for safe further service. The final scope is determined after inspection and measurement.

After receipt we perform visual and dimensional checks. Core damage, corrosion, distortion or other technological obstacles may change the scope or make refurbishment unsuitable. Target parameters are agreed only after this assessment.

Laser engravingFeasibility depends on the condition of the cylinder or sleeve base and on the target parameters. Send the tool identification, dimensions, photographs and — if available — information on previous repairs and the required line screen or volume.
