Standard Class
A universal hexagonal structure used across a wide range of applications.
Direct laser engraving shapes the working surface of an anilox cylinder or sleeve for the actual process. Selection includes line screen, cell volume, engraving angle and structure type.

We use standard ink-cell geometries and structures selected for specific applications. Standard Class and Hybrid Class are chosen according to the required line screen and transfer, while open-flow Snake and Uni Line structures can be used where the flow characteristics of the medium are important.

A universal hexagonal structure used across a wide range of applications.

A geometry designed for precise and uniform transfer in demanding combinations of printed elements.

Open-flow structures selected for the medium and expected process result.
We use Twin Track technology from Applied Laser Engineering Ltd to model structures and increase ink capacity within defined line-screen ranges. Final geometry is always selected for the actual application, medium and press parameters.
Technical content and solution selection are supported by Artur Trochimiuk and Sławomir Lipiński — specialists in manufacturing technology for anilox cylinders and sleeves.
